Little Mint Colour Coins | Natural Beeswax Crayons

Hand-poured in beeswax, all natural, and kept in a little cotton pouch.

Little Mint is a set of eight beeswax crayons shaped like old coins. Each one is poured by hand, pressed, and tucked into a chocolate-brown handloom cotton pouch.

It’s meant to feel like something found at home: warm beeswax, soft cotton, a bit of jute, and a stamp pressed by hand. The colours are mixed by hand and each coin imprinted by hand too, so no two coins are quite the same.

The eight coins
Iron Cash, Bronze Sestertius, Silver Fanam, Abbasid Dirham, Verdigris Florin, Copper Paisa, Níquel-Rosa and Gold Aksumite.

Each one is named after a coin from a different empire, kingdom or republic, from India to the Kingdom of Aksum, so a child can look one up and find out where it came from.

Lovely for
Drawing with the flat face, coin rubbings (lay paper over a real coin and rub), pretend shops, small gifts and party favours.

What they’re made of

• 75% golden beeswax, with carnauba wax
• Fine German earth and mineral pigments
• Non-toxic and heavy-metal free, lab tested
• No paraffin, petroleum, plastics or synthetic dyes
