Orders and Shipping 

How it happens:

1. You place an order on site. 

2. We dispatch your order within 8 working days. 

3. We send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

All orders are processed using Shopify payments. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us on hello@smilogykids.com 

Orders ship directly from our Sri Lankan workshop. Shipping duration varies country to country but most parcels reach their destination by 7-9 days.
